This series of RDE tips may be used with the WaveVortex 10, MSR, and ASR electrode rotators.

These Fixed-Disk RRDE tips feature a sub-millimeter gap between the disk and ring and a high collection efficiency, making them well-suited for studying peroxide formation from the oxygen reduction reaction.  The E7R9 RRDE tips are also designed with the same thread connections as our E5 and E6 Series RDE/RRDE tips, allowing them to be used interchangeably with the same shaft.

TEMPERATURE RANGE: 10°C – 25°C — Electrode damage may occur at temperatures beyond recommended range.

This series of RDE tips may be used with the WaveVortex 10, MSR, and ASR electrode rotators.

These Fixed-Disk RRDE tips feature a sub-millimeter gap between the disk and ring, making them well-suited for studying short-lived intermediates that must transit the ring-disk gap as quickly as possible.  The high collection efficiency of the E7R9 RRDE tips is also ideal for studying peroxide detection from the oxygen reduction reaction.  The E7R9 RRDE tips are also designed with the same thread connections as our E5 and E6 Series RDE/RRDE tips, allowing them to be used interchangeably with the same shaft.  Each electrode is individually tested and certified to be leak-free and mirror polished at the time of shipment.

Compatible shafts include AFE6MBAFE6M, and AFE5M for use with the MSR rotatorAFE6A and AFE5A for use with the ASR rotator, and AFE5F for non-rotating applications.  The E5TQPK Series RDE tips are also compatible with the WaveVortex 10 Electrode Rotator.
